[18+ Titles Ahoy!] Help The Otaku's Study Decide What Visual Novels to Review! 1

I have been acquired a BIG PILE of visual novels, mostly from Jast USA’s G-Collections line of titles that I will be going through over the next couple of weeks as well as two from the folks at MangaGamer. However… I am faced with the difficult decision of sorting out which ones to cover first so if there are any you would like to see reviewed, please feel free to leave me a comment on this post. Over the next hour or two I will be posting up summaries for each of the titles and hotlinking them on this post. The titles I have to review are:

  1. Aselia the Eternal – Almost certainly locked in to first/second review out of the lot
  2. My Girlfriend is the PresidentAlmost certainly locked in to first/second review out of the lot
  3. Idols Galore! – Please Enjoy the Idol
  4. Kana ~ Little Sister
  5. Pick Me Honey!
  6. Family Project ~ Kazoku Keikaku
  7. A Drug that Makes you Dream
  8. Higurashi When They Cry
  9. Kara no Shoujo

Certainly a lot to choose from, so do look forward to my quick summary articles!

  1. Was wondering what were all these visual novel summaries popping up in twitter.

With kara no shoujo, I am pretty sure there is a voice patch you can apply to mangagamer’s. I wouldn’t mind if you review that because it’s also a title I’ve been meaning to play.

    • Ah sorry about that… was meaning to do Pages but after doing the first seven and realizing they were done as posts… decided it was too much hassle and thought it wouldn’t make much different… apologies for that though.

Really? I might look into that voice patch – thanks for the suggestion and tip!

Hopefully 2012 will bring us many more promising Visual Novel titles in both Japanese and English.
