While we have had no shortage of Hyperdimension Neptunia games released during 2016, Idea Factory International are still localising and churning them out to gamers in western markets at a steady pace. Their latest title will be the PlayStation Vita RPG adventure Superdimension Neptune VS Sega Hard Girls – which features IF as the main heroine.
With little more than a week to go until the game launches in North America and Europe, Idea Factory International have chosen to release a new batch of screenshots. Instead of focusing on the gameplay, they have chosen to highlight some of Sega Hard Girls’ characters, by sharing a batch of dialogue screenshots. These screenshots can be found below. Do note however that there are different screenshot seats for North American and European markets – not due to censorship – but rather due to Dreamcast’s outfit being different colours in each region.

As its title may already indicate, Superdimension Neptune VS Sega Hard Girls has a much greater focus on the inhabitants of Planeptune – which itself is named after the SEGA Neptune video game console. While there are many familiar returning faces such as IF, Neptune, Nepgear and Plutia – many of the new characters are named after different SEGA consoles throughout history.
In Superdimension Neptune VS Sega Hard Girls, Neptune finds herself transformed into a motorcycle. This results in IF transitioning from her supporting role to one of a main character. With the help of the Sega Hard Girls, IF must jump, dash, climb, and crawl her way to recover the lost history of the Grand Library.
Developed by Compile Heart, Superdimension Neptune VS Sega Hard Girls will be available to purchase from October 18th 2016 in North America, and a few days later on October 21st 2016 in PAL Regions.
