EB Games Expo 2015 Website Goes Live, Tickets on Sale Mid-Month

-

Another year means another EB Games Expo headed our way. While the company have not yet decided to host individual events per Australian state, they will once again be bringing gamer’s across Australia to Sydney Olympic Park for three days of everything gaming – from Friday October 2nd to Sunday October 4th.

Tickets are set to go on sale for the event from April 16th 2015. Prices are currently unknown, but it is likely that they will include single-day passes, family-passes, 3-day passes and the usual expensive passes which come with quick entry to queued events and/or a bundle of goodies. Tickets can be purchased via the official EB Games Expo website or in-store.

While not the full list, confirmed exhibitors include the big three console companies (Nintendo, Sony Computer Entertainment and Microsoft) as well as third party developers including Electronic Arts, Ubisoft, QVS, Warner Bros Interactive Entertainment and Bethesda Softworks. Expect to hear more on which games will be showcased in the coming months, especially once E3 2015 takes place in June.

In a surprising announcement, EB Games have also confirmed that Australian comedians ‘The Umbilical Brothers’ will be attending the event. The duo will be entertaining attendees across with weekend with elements from their new show as well as their classic sketches. Seeing The Umbilical Brothers will require a purchase separate from the cost of a regular ticket.

EB Expo continues to set the standards by celebrating the video game industry and embracing pop culture. We’re boasting the most unreleased games of any exhibition in Australia this year. Every year the EB Expo team will continue to add fresh new elements to the mix and we’re really looking forward to wow-ing our existing and new crowds with original content. The mammoth weekend will continue to be all about bringing gamers as close to the action as possible. More than ever, EB Expo truly has something for every type of gamer and beyond this year.
