Following the game’s release in North America, Nippon Ichi Software America have confirmed that their oddly titled atmospheric puzzle action game, htoL#NiQ: The Firefly Diary, is now available for purchase in PAL regions. As with the North American edition, this PlayStation Vita exclusive title is only available through the PlayStation Store as a digital download, with the company not putting the extra resources into a retail release.
In htoL#NiQ: The Firefly Diary, you take control of two fairies/fireflies which are able to operate in the light and dark respectively. Using the front touchscreen and rear touchpad, you must help a young girl navigate through dangerous ruins whilst helping uncover her memories.
In the depths of a labyrinthine ruin, a young girl named Mion rises from a deep sleep. Lost, alone, and with no memory of how she got here or where her parents are, she is greeted by two fireflies—one composed entirely of light, and another who lurks among the shadows.
