Following the game’s original release on last generation platforms, 2K Games and Gearbox Software have just confirmed that their Borderlands: The Handsome Collection is now available on both the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One. This set contains the original Borderlands 2 which was originally launched in September 2012 and the more recently released Borderlands: The Pre-Sequel which hit store shelves on October 2014.
In addition to both video games, this set also includes all downloadable content for both titles, including two new add-on packs for Borderlands: The Pre-sequel (Claptastic Voyage and Ultimate Vault Hunter Upgrade Pack 2) which were only made available today.
Depending on which retailer you are looking to purchase the set from, you will be looking at somewhere around the $89.00 – $99.95 AUD mark for the standard collection (Prices sourced from EB Games Australia and JB Hi-fi). A lucky few were also able to nab themselves a special Claptrap-in-a-Box edition which, limited to only 5,000 units worldwide, coming with a hefty price tag of $499.95 AUD.
