Perfectly timed to suit the launch of Evolve, Sony Computer Entertainment Australia have confirmed they will be offering a free weekend of PlayStation Plus to everyone who is not already a member. To be held from 1700 AEST on Friday 13th February to 1700 AEST on Monday 16th February, this will allow anyone to access PS4 online multiplayer any some of the other perks usually only available to subscribers.
This means that if you own a copy of Grand Theft Auto V, Far Cry 4 or Evolve for example but don’t have a subscription, this may be your best opportunity to dive into the online functionality and enjoy some of the features you technically paid for when purchasing the game itself.
