While they may be erring on the game’s success considering its PlayStation Store exclusive release (Previously only done with subtitled-only games such as Battle Princess of Arcadias and Legasista), Nippon Ichi Software America have today confirmed their North American release of htoL#NiQ: The Firefly Diary. This will be followed up by a PAL region release on March 4th, slightly later than first expected.
htoL#NiQ: The Firefly Diary is a brand new IP from the team at Nippon Ichi Software which goes from the company’s typical JRPG roots to a simple yet sophisticated Puzzle action game – which requires players to use the Vita’s touchscreen and rear touch pad to navigate a young girl through some dangerous ruins. Two fairies—one operating in light, and the other in shadow—must work in tandem to uncover this girl’s memories and save her from the darkest of fates.

In the depths of a labyrinthine ruin, a young girl named Mion rises from a deep sleep.
