As the PlayStation TV makes its way around the western gaming markets, gamers are beginning to enjoy their favourite Vita RPG’s on the big screen. However, one game that is purportedly not being enjoyed on the PlayStation TV is Hyperdimension Neptunia Re;Birth 1 which fails to work on the system.
There is no requirement for a company to offer PlayStation TV support for every one of their Vita releases, and many games to date have confirmed to not function on the system. But rather than taking the easy route of ignoring the pleas of fans, Idea Factory International have issued the following statement which indicates they will be looking at offering compatibility in the near future:
Hey guys, we’d like to address some folks’ questions about PSTV compatibility. So far, Monster Monpiece is confirmed to be compatible, but we are currently looking into the matter of compatibility with Re;Birth1. We’ll announce more news about PSTV compatibility when we have updates for both Re;Birth1 and future titles. As soon as we get confirmation either way, we will let you guys know. For now we appreciate your patience and we apologize for any inconvenience this has caused!
