While apparently not out in Europe until this Friday, Sony Computer Entertainment today launched Japan Studio’s PlayStation Vita exclusive Freedom Wars in both North America and Australia. To commemorate the action RPG’s launch, Sony has shared the above two minute launch trailer, highlighting its setting/characters alongside small snippets of gameplay.
In a blog post on the official PlayStation Blog by Nick Accordino from SCEA, it was confirmed that they have several weeks of free (and seemingly paid) DLC content in the works, ranging from weapon packs to hairstyle additions. Accordino also shared a statement from Junichi Yoshizawa (Producer of Freedom Wars), which can be read in the linked article.
