Continuing their ‘Legacy of Music’ trailer series for Theatrhythm: Final Fantasy, Square Enix has decided to shift their attention to the characters and music from Final Fantasy Type-0. Theatrhythm will feature Ace, Machina and Rem as playable characters, with several pieces of the chorus-heavy original score being included in the rhythm spin-off.
While originally being released as a Japan-exclusive game on the PlayStation Portable, Final Fantasy Type-0 HD is currently being ported to the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One for a worldwide market. No release date has currently been set in stone, but it can be assumed that it will have a 2015/2016 launch window.
Theatrhythm Final Fantasy Curtain Call on the other hand is set to be available on the Nintendo 3DS from September 18th, 2014.
