Nintendo Australia Bringing Super Smash Bros. and Hyrule Warriors to Oz Comic-Con This Weekend

Super Smash Bros.

One of the issues about living in Australia is that despite there being a sizable fanbase for video games, there are only a tiny number of gaming events that happen during the year in comparison to North America and Europe. Because of this, opportunities to enjoy demo’s of the latest games are limited. Therefore, it is always great news to hear of a publisher attending an event that may not exclusively be focused on gaming.

Nintendo Australia have today announced that they will be attending Oz Comic-Con in Melbourne this weekend. With them will be a set of Wii U and Nintendo 3DS consoles loaded with playable demos for both Hyrule Warriors (Wii U) and Super Smash Bros. (For both Nintendo 3DS and Wii U platforms) – two of their highly anticipated titles for launch later this year.

As always, those bringing a Nintendo 3DS console to the event with them should expect plenty of multiplayer and StreetPass fun at their booth.
