Bandai Namco Enter Worldwide Distribution Agreement for Project Cars

-

With a belief that it is the “most authentic, beautiful, intense and technically-advanced racing game on the planet”, Bandai Namco have earlier today announced a worldwide distribution agreement with Slightly Mad Studios for their upcoming release of Project Cars. While it is uncertain if “Project Cars” will be its title on the market, what is certain is that PlayStation 4, Xbox One and Wii U owners will be able to enjoy it post-release… as well as anyone who is reading this post on a PC.

Crowdfunded by the community and clearly being successful in this regard, Project Cars aims to allow players to create a driver, pick from a huge variety of motorsports, and shift into high gear to chase a number of Historic Goals and ultimate recognition in the Hall Of Fame. Both single and multiplayer options will be available, with online race-weekends, leaderboard-based time challenges and community events – some of which may have real-world prizes attached to them.

Oculus Rift support? Project Morpheus support? Why not!

Project Cars will be hitting store shelves from November 2014.
