Boasting a track and feature line-up far greater than its predecessor, Square Enix have announced that Theatrhythm Final Fantasy: Curtain Call will be available in North America at least from September 16th, 2014, exclusively for the Nintendo 3DS.

Unlike the small collection of songs for each game in the original, Curtain Call features 221 songs from the long-running series with over 60 characters. While all major numbered instalments are represented in the game, other side-games and media projects including VII: Advent Children, Tactics and Lightning Returns: Final Fantasy XIII will also be represented in this release.

Limited to just 5,000 copies, the North American official Square Enix store will also have a special Collector’s Edition of the game available at $69.99 USD (over the regular price of $39.99). This collection will feature a special branded collector’s pouch for the console, 20-track ‘The Best of Theatrhythm Final Fantasy: Curtain Call’ music CD, remix selections music CD (5 tracks) and five premium CollectaCards from the game. There is no word about any international availability of this set.
