Sick of playing your PlayStation Vita games on the small screen when you have a perfectly good television less than a metre away from you? Sony Computer Entertainment have announced that they will be publishing the PlayStation TV in western markets from Spring 2014 which will grant any television it is connected to the capacity to remote play PlayStation 4 content, PlayStation 3 games through PlayStation Now and a variety of PS Vita, PSP and PS One Classic games through downloads and game cards.

This quite possibly means that you will be able to play Danganronpa: Trigger Happy Havoc, Disgaea 4: A Promise Revisited, Conception II: Children of the Seven Stars, Persona 4 Golden or even Criminal Girls on the big screen. At this time they have listed that over 1,000 titles will be available across all three formats, however it may not include all games – especially those that make heavy use of the touchscreen.

This console is designed not to be budget breaking, with it to be priced $99 USD standalone in North America, and fifty dollars dearer at $149.95 AUD in Australia.

Yep, it may just be possible to enjoy this on the big screen.
