Fans of the Persona games may have been left waiting for more information or screenshots focusing on the inclusion of Ken Amada and Koromaru into the upcoming PlayStation 3 and Xbox360 release of Persona 4 Arena Ultimax. But for now that information seems to be on the back burner, with the official Youtube channel for ATLUS being updated with a new trailer staring P4AU exclusive character Shō Minazuki.
While I will hold off spoiling too many details on Sho Minazuki, expect him to serve as a storyline critical character much akin to Labrys in the first Persona 4 Arena game. Other firsts in the spin-off fighting series include the appearance of S.E.E.S. members Junpei Iori, Yukari Takeba, Ken Amada and Koromaru as playable characters, while Rise Kujikawa also sees herself promoted to a fighter from navigator.
Persona 4 Arena Ultimax, also known as Persona 4: The Ultimax Ultra Suplex Hold, is set for release in Japan and international markets this year on the PlayStation 3 and Xbox360 (Int. only) platforms.
