With Demon Gaze out of their way, Nippon Ichi Software America are focusing their attention towards Mugen Souls Z which is the next title in their release slate. The game is set to be available from May 20th, 2014 in North America and May 23rd, 2014 in PAL regions.
Continuing on from the 2012 JRPG Mugen Souls, the game will see the Undisputed God of the Universe, Chou-Chou, return with her crew for a brand new story revolving around the Zodiac in lieu from days of the week. Taking place immediately after the first game, you take control of the goddess Syrma, who meets Chou-Chou just after the end of the first game’s events. Syrma is out to stop an ancient threat to her world that has recently awakened. 9999 levels of maniacal mishaps and ethereal adventures await Syrma, her crew, and hordes of mascot shampurus.
Similar to what they also did with Hyperdimension Neptunia: Producing Perfection, NIS America have released a small set of screenshots for the game. These screenshots don’t look at gameplay but rather dialogue between the characters.
