Following a character announcement the other week, ATLUS have shared their first trailer focusing on the new character duo for Persona 4 Arena Ultimax (Persona 4: The Ultimax Ultra Suplex Hold): Ken Amada and Koromaru. Both characters were originally from Persona 3, and with their inclusion has resulted in every currently alive party member from P3 and P4 having some role in Arc System Works’ fighting-game spin-off.
Ken Amada is now a student in Gekkoukan Middle School and in the years since Persona 3 has managed to develop a more mature façade… with more than a few centimetres added to his height. He and Koromaru, like all other members of the Shadow Operatives finds himself in Inaba when the entire town is engulfed in red fog, with similar circumstances to that of the Dark Hour.
ATLUS have also shared a new trailer focusing on the “Golden Arena Mode”, where a character is teamed up with a Commu Partner (Eg. Rise, Nanako, Aigis) and then fight waves of battles in order to level up, make the character stronger and unlock a number of unique skills.
