If you are around my age or even younger, all of the other games in the Tex Murphy universe could have been released well before you even entered the video game industry or at least playing games of its type. With a history spanning between 1989 – 2002 (With the last game released in 1998) before making a decade long jump to the crowdfunding campaign for Project Fedora in 2012… there is quite a lot of catching up to do.
ATLUS USA have therefore released the above timeline which provides a spoiler-free look at all the Tex Murphy titles from its humble beginnings as Mean Streets on the Commodore 64 and MS-DOS all the way up to Tesla Effect set for release next month.
Tesla Effect: A Tex Murphy Adventure is developed by Big Finish Games and being published by ATLUS USA on May 7th 2014.
