As we are set to move into the fourth generation of Sims games later this year, it is hard not to feel some nostalgia for the classic Sims games… from the original “The Sims” which game you a single neighbourhood with ten lots and expansion packs that first introduced alternate neighbourhoods, granted Sims magic and filled an entire lot with replicas of Drew Carey.
The last of these expansions was The Sims: Makin’ Magic, for the first time ever (But continued in future generations) gave your Sims the ability to perform magic…. and ride roller-coasters. Lyndsay Pearson, who has been working on Sims games since “The Sims: Unleashed” and is now Lead Producer of The Sims 4 recently took to TheSims Youtube channel, enlisted the aid of several SimGuru’s and posted the above 46-and-a-half minute Let’s Play for The Sims: Makin’ Magic.
For this Let’s Play gameplay video, Maxis producers are playing the classic The Sims: Making Magic.
Watch as Producer Lyndsay Pearson (@SimGuruLyndsay) and her fellow SimGurus play through The Sims Makin’ Magic, a game released 13 years ago!. Watch them hatch a dragon, set
