The issue with many JRPG’s in the past and even today, while they may be published in North America there is no guarantee that the release will trickle down into Europe and then Australia. Fortunately while being based in North America, Nippon Ichi Software America have been heavily focusing on PAL regions in recent months with not only earlier releases than their North American counterparts but PAL-exclusive releases for games with no other publisher in the region.
While focusing on ATLUS USA titles in recent months, NIS America have chosen to support XSEED Games’ localized release of Ys: Memories of Celceta, and have today released not only its new website but a brand new trailer to view through it.
While no formal release date has been confirmed yet, Ys: Memories of Celceta is to be released exclusively on the Playstation Vita sometime in 2014. The game was released in North America last month.
