English Dubbed Japanese Launch Trailer Released for Final Fantasy X | X-2 HD Remaster

-

To mark the release date being announced for the Playstation 3 edition of Final Fantasy X | X-2 HD Remaster, publisher Square Enix have shared an English dubbed version of the Japanese launch trailer for the collection.

Devoid of gameplay, this minute and a half long video provides a brief overview of the storyline present across both games. Final Fantasy X is delivered from the viewpoint of Tidus, who finds himself drawn 1,000 years into the future after his hometown (Zanarkand) is attacked by an entity known as Sin. In the future, the populace is once again being ravaged by the entity, and he decides to join Summoner Yuna as well as her other companions in their quest to defeat Sin. X-2 takes place a short while after the first game, this time following Yuna who along with friends Rikku and Paine decide to become Sphere Hunters – and get drawn into another major threat.
