He has been adopted by Nintendo of Australia to be the resident mayor of the official Animal Crossing Facebook page for the Australia / New Zealand region that launched the other day. With less than a month until Animal Crossing: New Leaf launches on the Nintendo 3DS, he will be sharing hints and tips from “his time as a mayor” – helping you utilise mayoral powers to build projects, set ordinances and create the town of your dreams.
Animal Crossing: New Leaf is the fourth major video game installment in the Tobidase Doubutsu no Mori franchise for Nintendo consoles that since its original release on the Gamecube has turned out to be quite a fun series with lots of goodies to set it apart from every release. In this game you play as yourself of a personification of your imagination, and become mayor of a village full of anthropomorphic animals. From your tent, you must work towards building your village to its full potential.
