Turns out that even taking a nap yesterday afternoon could have been the difference between picking up an Ultimate Gamer Pass yesterday afternoon or not. EB Games have today confirmed that they have once again broken sales records for their third annual EB Games Expo event, with that pass in particular selling out within three hours. On the other hand, some ticketing types are expected to sell out by this weekend, in particular Express tickets which sold 84% of total stock within the first day.
Of course, for folks who don’t want to pick up the expensive tickets – there is still stock available for a number of the cheaper tickets (See HERE for a breakdown)

The day one ticket sales blew away all our expectations. This is a fantastic achievement that bodes extremely well for the overall success of the event. People obviously had a great time last year and are wanting to get in early to make sure they don’t miss out on this year’s event. We strongly encourage customers that want to buy the special experience tickets such as Express passes, get in quick as these will begin to sell out very soon.
