Square Enix have today confirmed that Kingdom Hearts HD 1.5 ReMIX will not be a Japanese-exclusive release and will be headed internationally this Fall gaming season internationally.

It has been quite a while since the last actual console release of the Kingdom Heart series, and this release is the first Playstation 3 HD compilation which is set to bring you up to speed on the first three chronological instalments (Between I and II) in the franchise – Kingdom Hearts Final Mix, Kingdom Hearts Re:Chain of Memories and Kingdom Hearts 358/2 Days. While the first two titles will be fully playable games with remastered visuals, trophies and enhanced gameplay mechanics to name a few – 358/2 Days will be delivered as HD cinematic story videos given its original launch on the Nintendo DS.

More than a decade after the franchises first release on the Playstation 2, fans can now begin to relive the origins of the series with Sora, Riku, Donald, Goofy and a number of other Disney, Square Enix and game-unique characters.
