The video above is of Ruca while the video below this paragraph is Ricardo. The game is due for release on the Vita in Japan at the end of the month, but given past history there is a strong chance we will not be seeing this release outside of Japan in at least the next few months given they still have Tales of Graces R due for release in March and the highly in demand Tales of Xillia to work on (and announce for that matter).
