Without a doubt the main Pokemon games such as Black/White are the focus of most gamers attention, carrying that same RPG element with the “Gotta Catch em All” gameplay that made us all fall in love with it during the original release of Pokemon Red/Blue (or if you were in Japan – Green as well). However, there are also relatively strong releases of other games in the series – ranging from more child oriented releases such as Pokemon Channel, Battle series such as Pokemon Stadium, Completely different such as Pokemon Mystery Dungeon and Pokemon Colosseum and then there are games such as PokePark which focuses on many different controllable Pokemon and takes both an adventure game and mini-game approach to the series.
Due for release in Winter 2011 for Japan and I assume due for release soon after internationally, Pokepark will return in “PokePark 2: Beyond the World” (I suppose they still want the B&W to remain in titles) which will feature even more mini-games, Pokemon and I am sure a better gameplay experience across the board.
