The above trailer highlights some of the new features to be made available in this installment including a brand new race (The Duuman) a new... -

Hatsune Miku: Project DIVA F Headed to the International Market Thanks to Sega
Posted on June 7, 2013 | No CommentsYou may recall that back in December 2012, Sega started a “Like and Share Campaign” for Hatsune Miku Project DIVA F with the hint that it may lead to an international release. Well, that dream has become a reality with Sega today confirming that the title is headed to the western market on both the Playstation Network and Playstation 3 in North America and just the Playstation Network in PAL regions. Hatsune Miku: Project Diva F is a rhythm game featuring 38 unique songs, including popular tracks like Tell Your World and Black★Rock Shooter. Players can create and share their... -
First Trailer Also Released for Sonic Lost World
Posted on May 30, 2013 | No CommentsIn addition to the latest set of screenshots released for the game (See: First Screenshots Released by SEGA for Sonic Lost World), Sega have also released their first reveal trailer for Sonic Lost World. Unlike the companies other more recent releases such as Sonic Generations, they have chosen to strike a deal with Nintendo which has resulted in the title being exclusive to Nintendo platforms (Nintendo 3DS and Wii U) UNLESS they pull an act like Ubisoft did with Rayman Legends. The trailer is a short minute and a third look at the game, focusing on both pre-rendered footage and what looks to... -
First Screenshots Released by SEGA for Sonic Lost World
Posted on May 30, 2013 | No CommentsFor better or for worse, after releasing the more recent Sonic the Hedgehog games using a multiplat structure, SEGA have decided to strike a deal with Nintendo and make the next major installment in the franchise on the Wii U and Nintendo 3DS (or in other words, making it a Nintendo exclusive game). This game goes by the name of Sonic Lost World, and follows Sonic who is once again chasing/teaming up with his nemesis Dr. Eggman on a brand new island known as the Lost Hex. The game is set to feature the classic 2D platforming mechanics as well... -
The Legend of Zelda: Oracle of Ages / Oracle of Seasons Part of This Weeks Nintendo eShop Release Slate
Posted on May 29, 2013 | No CommentsGiven the franchise’s very long history, I don’t consider it surprising that for every gamer they have a different favorite Legend of Zelda game. For me two of perhaps my favorite installments in the series were Oracle of Ages and Oracle of Seasons for the Gameboy Colour. These two games were sold individually, but if you owned both (or had a sibling you could swap with) using the games code system you could carry over some limited data and continue the story in the other game – leading to a finale that ties the two together. While I think it... -
English Language Demo for Project X Zone Now Available from Nintendo 3DS eShop
Posted on May 28, 2013 | No CommentsWhile we have had small cross-over titles over the last couple of years, in this generation of gaming we haven’t really seen any major crossover titles, where more than one company pools many of their characters into one collaborative title. Some examples which do come to mind however include Compile Heart’s Cross Edge and Trinity Universe, the Mario & Sonic line of games and the appearance of characters in a fighting game. Project X Zone sets to blow all the above titles out of the water and become one of the biggest collaboration titles of the current-gen, which developed by... -
Yakuza 1 and 2 HD Collection Announced for Wii U
Posted on May 18, 2013 | No CommentsGiven that this (now) formerly Playstation-exclusive franchise is well into its 5th major canon installment, I don’t actually see why Sega would opt for this route… however the company announced during the Japanese Nintendo Direct conference that the HD Collection for Yakuza 1 and 2 will be released on the Wii U, following the Playstation 3 launch in Japan last year. Set for release on the 8th August 2013 in Japan, this is set to bring the first two games in the series which originally launched on the Playstation 2 to the Wii U platform with a couple of new... -
Nintendo Hold New Nintendo Direct Conference – Make a Number of Wii U Announcements
Posted on May 18, 2013 | No CommentsFor those who missed out on the news, Nintendo this morning hosted one of their Nintendo Direct conferences, this time with a focus on their Wii U console. To be honest, since about two or three weeks since launch my Wii U console has seldom been used, and given the number of interesting – even niche titles released for the Wii console I have been feeling a bit underwhelmed with the consoles release slate so far. Their announcements today, while it might not solve this issue for me… does seem like the console is slowly going on the right track....
