The Current State of The Otaku's Study - October 2016 1

Good evening everyone,

Things have slowly but surely been going back to normal on The Otaku’s Study over the past few weeks, and hopefully a steady stream of news and reviews will be going live over the coming weeks. As mentioned in my August 2016 “The Current State of The Otaku’s Study” article, the reason for the slowdown has been due to a number of changes which have arisen in my life, and done in order to not compromise on quality.

In terms of reviews, they should begin being posted up on Tuesday/Wednesday. Over the coming weeks, I intend to get back into the swing of things by doing themed sets of reviews, each of which will have a theme. First up will be “online games”, where I will post up reviews of World of Warcraft: Legion and the anime Log Horizon II (which is set in an online game). Other review sets in the works include “Japanese Mobile Games”, “Virtual Reality” (Which will follow the release on the PlayStation VR) and “Vast Worlds”.

I look forward to continue bringing you news and reviews as The Otaku’s Study continues running into its second decade.
