Seeking to give anime fans an opportunity to experience anime simultaneously with those in Japan, Aniplex of America have occasionally released (pricy) Import Edition’s of franchises they hold the rights to. Although paying almost $500 for a box set may be out of the price range for most, the publisher does occasionally release more affordable imported content such as soundtracks or films
For example, Aniplex of America have today announced that they will be distributing an import edition of the ALDNOAH.ZERO Original Soundtrack on February 10th 2015. Priced with an SRP of $44.98 USD ($34.98 through RightStuf.com), this collection comes with a selection of 20 tracks with approximately 79 minutes worth of music between them. These songs have been produced by Hiroyuki Sawano, whose discography also includes Mobile Suit Gundam Unicorn, Blue Exorcist, Attack on Titan and Kill la Kill.
Unfortunately, the soundtrack is currently only being sent out to those who reside in the United States or Canada, with no guarantee that orders outside these countries will be fulfilled.
Due to licensing and contract restrictions, this product can be sold and shipped to the US and Canada only.
