Sekai Project Announce Multiple Eye-Catching Visual Novel and Manga Projects at Otakon

-

This weekend, international visual novel publisher and localiser Sekai Project are attending Otakon in Baltimore. As one might expect, the company have announced a number of new projects during their time at the event – several of which are pretty significant licenses.

The biggest news from the perspective of Sekai Project is that they are branching out into manga, with their inaugural localisation project being GATE (Aka. Gate: Jietai Kanochi Nite, Kaku Tatakaeri | ゲート 自衛隊彼の地にて、斯く戦えり) by Takumi Yanai (Storywriter), Kurojishi (Artwork) and Daisuke Izuka (Artwork).

But as Sekai Project is most renown for their visual novel projects, they have announced five new titles which they plan to work on in the coming months and years. These include Tenshin Ranman (天神乱漫 LUCKY or UNLUCKY!?) by Yuzusoft, Nenokami: The Two Princess Knights of Kyoto (ねのかみ 京の都とふたりの姫騎士) by Kuro Irodoru Yomiji, Witch Boy Magical Piece by Rosemary House, fault milestone two side:above by ALICE IN DISSONANCE and NEKOPARA Vol. 0 by NEKOWORKs. Trailers for the first four titles can be found at the very bottom of this post.

In addition to these announcements, Sekai Project also shared a new trailer for No One But You by Unwonted Studios, which can be seen above.

Finally, Sekai Project just wants to remind fans about two Kickstarter campaigns which they are currently running. The first is Purrfectly Ever After, an otome visual novel which is running its campaign in Australian Dollars (Woohoo!), and is set to conclude in just 16 hours. The second is a much newer crowdfunding campaign for Order of Ataxia: Initial Effects, a slice of life fantasy adventure visual novel. This title follows a scientist who attempts to fix the accidents caused by his experiments, with the assistance of four beautiful girls.
