  • I quite enjoyed this OVA, I found that it had more storyline towards it then the Spring one. It revolves around the everlasting Negi-Nodoka relationship with Yue casting a spell on her causing Nodoka and Negi to be joined together by the red string of fate. Of course, jealousy kicks in and all in all, it is a hillarious bundle. The artwork recieved a nice tone up and the music was great althrough the OP & ED wernt as good in this one. Here is the overall ranking:

  • This episode was an excellent one that actually showed a more interesting area of the campus. I wonder how the other students havent noticed the magic of the school yet? The graphics were clear and it is good how they shocked fans with adding new partners! I would call this one of the best episodes of the season. (Episode 6 was the best)

    Negima!? Episode 8: By 風化　史か

    This episode was an excellent one that actually showed a more interesting area of the campus. I wonder how the other students havent noticed the magic of the school yet? The graphics were clear and it is good how they shocked fans with adding new partners! I would call this one of the best episodes of the season. (Episode 6 was the best)

  • I just got my hands on the CD... pretty sweet :). I find myself enjoying listening to the instrumental versions more nowdays. Anyway, it was a worthwhile buy... I only have to wait for late this month for the OVA episodes ^_^.

    I just got my hands on the CD... pretty sweet :). I find myself enjoying listening to the instrumental versions more nowdays. Anyway, it was a worthwhile buy... I only have to wait for late this month for the OVA episodes ^_^.

  • I was fortuanate enough to get my hands on the Opening of the Rozen Maiden OVA and I would like to say… it is excellent! While I dont think it beats the first one it comes damn near close. ALI PROJECT does it again with the wonderful music. My CD should come in soon so I will post when I get it. I am still on hiatus for a bit longer but it shouldnt be too long!

    Rozen Maiden Ouverture – Opening

    I was fortuanate enough to get my hands on the Opening of the Rozen Maiden OVA and I would like to say… it is excellent! While I dont think it beats the first one it comes damn near close. ALI PROJECT does it again with the wonderful music. My CD should come in soon so I will post when I get it. I am still on hiatus for a bit longer but it shouldnt be too long!

  • This episode was very interesting, it features alot of the good ol’ Pani Poni Dash style of events as well as alot of the Zelda references. The graphics were good althrough the lack of battle scenes made it less eventful. Next episode seems to be the twins…. I wonder when they are going to start the pactios again? I wonder if they will actually make them with every student or those pactio cards are not being used!?

    This episode was very interesting, it features alot of the good ol’ Pani Poni Dash style of events as well as alot of the Zelda references. The graphics were good althrough the lack of battle scenes made it less eventful. Next episode seems to be the twins…. I wonder when they are going to start the pactios again? I wonder if they will actually make them with every student or those pactio cards are not being used!?

  • Yay! My 1000% Sparkling CD just came in today! The Instrumental versions and that parapara version was excellent and with A-ly-ya in it made it even better. I have added in a portion of the CD cover in the attached image. Sorry it is a bit zoomed up! すみません

    Yay! My 1000% Sparkling CD just came in today! The Instrumental versions and that parapara version was excellent and with A-ly-ya in it made it even better. I have added in a portion of the CD cover in the attached image. Sorry it is a bit zoomed up! すみません

  • After all those months, this post didnt have any kind of review in it O_O. Althrough I do remember doing it I will just have to do it again. This OVA is the first of the two Negima OVA’s currently out and focuses on the events from the manga when Asuna is angry and Negi (For the manga for not taking her somewhere and in this… blowing up her skirt with his sneeze) but this is just a little bit too much fanservice for me althrough it does offer a fairly good story and some of the best art SHAFT has ever made.

    After all those months, this post didnt have any kind of review in it O_O. Althrough I do remember doing it I will just have to do it again. This OVA is the first of the two Negima OVA’s currently out and focuses on the events from the manga when Asuna is angry and Negi (For the manga for not taking her somewhere and in this… blowing up her skirt with his sneeze) but this is just a little bit too much fanservice for me althrough it does offer a fairly good story and some of the best art SHAFT has ever made.

  • First of all I would like to say.... WOW! SHAFT really took many fans by surprise with their short battle scene in Eva's arc but now this one concludes with an excellent battle scene! The graphics seem to have improved alot and the music was extremely diverse!

  • This was another good episode to watch. The new opening was interesting and (If someone could correct me here) Makie in the Oni mask ^_^. Anyway, it is a shame that there is not really much from Eva in that round it is kinda sad :(. Hopefully she helps at the end of this arc. Nodoka's cosplay card Pwns and hopefully Konoka will get a good card. *Wonders what Nodoka's Armor card is*

    This was another good episode to watch. The new opening was interesting and (If someone could correct me here) Makie in the Oni mask ^_^. Anyway, it is a shame that there is not really much from Eva in that round it is kinda sad :(. Hopefully she helps at the end of this arc. Nodoka's cosplay card Pwns and hopefully Konoka will get a good card. *Wonders what Nodoka's Armor card is*

    This episode was very interesting, hopefully this unique storyline will impress the people who have been viewing the Negima series from the beginning. Graphics were okay however I found them a bit choppy at some bits however the music and storyline were brilliant. The new ending theme looks interesting, hopefully it means a rotation of the openings ^_^. On a last note, WOW! Eva finally met her match!
