Kure-nai | The Otaku's Study

Kure-nai Archive

  • I had just finished watching the third DVD of Elfen Lied when I decided to sit down and watch this, expecting something like the previous few episodes, however, I wasn't expecting anything like this when I was watching. It was definately made better than the rest of the episodes and it really showed how much this show can offer, althrough I wasn't expecting it to be as full on as this.

  • This episode, in my opinion, was much better than the previous two. This episode still continues on to amaze me of how much it can offer its viewers. While I felt that this show had potential, I had some doubts in the back of my mind that one or two episodes later it "might" just turn into a normal rated anime in its genre however it has gone way past my expectations.

  • kure-nai – Episode 2

This episode showed me some things I didn't expect. Having watched very nonviolent animes last season, I was surprised when there was some rather bloody moments with some over the top violence. There were also a few "jumpy" moments that surprised me when they happened. Moving along from that, the episode proved to be a much more rewarding watch as it starts to get into the main storyline a little bit more. I have found this series to be quite challenging to translate myself although I think I did okay for myself ^o^

  • Kure-nai – Episode 1

I originally decided to watch something other then a fun upbeat anime this season and my eyes gazed upon Kure-nai which sounded a fair bit serious. However, I was a bit worried once seeing the Opening Theme but the series came across as what I expected, an anime that had very little comedy and taking a more serious stance to it.
