In one of their final announcements of 2015, North American anime publisher Aniplex of America announced they would be bringing Kizumonogatari Part 1: Tekketsu to the silver screen in North America starting February 26 2016. While the screening date was already locked in, the venues were not.
Aniplex of America have this week confirmed at least some of the venues which will be screening the film. A full list can be found via the film’s official USA website. Kizumonogatari Part 1: Tekketsu will be screened with the original Japanese dub w/ English subtitles, and shall be distributed by Azoland Pictures.
The publisher have also confirmed they will be releasing the ‘Monogatari Series Soundtrack: “Utamonogatari -Monogatari Series Themes Songs Complication Album- on January 18th. The Limited Edition album includes all 23 opening/ending theme songs from Bakemonogatari through the Monogatari Series 2nd Season. This complication will include all songs across 2 CDs, in addition to textless opening/ending videos on a Blu-ray disc. There will also be a cheaper standard edition which includes all 23 tracks on 2 CDs. More information on these can be found via the Utamonogatari website.
