Although this might be a tad disappointing for those looking for an anime adaptation of Tales of Xillia (Considering that anime adaptations of some degree have been offered for its immediate predecessors: Tales of Vesperia, Tales of Symphonia and Tales of the Abyss), it has been confirmed that the special Tales of 20th Anniversary anime will be titled Tales of Zestiria the X.
This anime adaptation will be related to Tales of Zestiria, the most recently released Tales game in both Japanese and Western markets. It is set to be produced by animation studio Ufotable, and will receive a TV broadcast sometime in 2016.
