The team at Australian anime publisher Hanabee Entertainment have shared a promotional trailer for their recently acquired series Akame ga Kill!. First announced during their “Summer of Anime” promotion last month, Akame ga Kill! is now available to view at absolutely no cost for those residing in Australia and New Zealand through the Hanabee Video on Demand website.
As it stands, all twenty-four episodes of the anime are available to view. However unlike all Hanabee’s other “Summer of Anime” announcements, there is currently no data planned for a physical release.
Based on Takahiro and Tetsuya Tashiro’s original manga, Akame ga Kill! has been produced by Square Enix with animation by the team at White Fox (Steins;Gate, The Devil Is a Part-Timer!).
Synopsis
Are you strong enough to join the Night Raid?
Tatsumi left his impoverished village to make money as a swordsman in the Capital. He meets Akame, a member of the secret group of assassins the Night Raid. Tatsumi quickly learns how corrupt the city is and joins the Night Raid in a fight for justice.
