Claiming that the series has been “out of print for way too long”, Australian anime publisher Siren Visual have announced that they have acquired the rights to Studio BONES’ RahXephon. RahXephon has been described as a “mecha vs monsters epic”, which sees the human race go up against an alien force known as Mu, with the ultimate goal being to ‘re-tune’ the world using music.

As with their previous announcement of Nadia: Secret of Blue Water, Siren Visual will be releasing the series in Australia as a Complete Collection across 8 DVD’s. It will be available in stores from January 2015, with the current market price being unknown.
