Whether it is checking out the finest in local and international films or taking part in a number of the workshops on offer, all Gold Coast film fans should consider checking out the Gold Coast Film Festival this year, set to take place between the 3rd and 13th April 2014 inclusive.
The team behind the annual festival have today revealed their programming across all eleven days, ranging from the classics such as Mary Poppins and Laputa: Castle in the Sky to a number of Australian premieres. Unfortunately I have yet to see anything as big as their world premiere of The Garden of Words so far… but keep an eye out for potentially more…. particularly the unannounced “Special Anime Screening”.
