A brand new TV commercial for second season of the Little Busters! anime adaptation Little Busters! ~ Refrain ~ has recently begun to air in Japan. The trailer features the new opening theme “Boys be Smile” by Suzuyu and is narrated by Yui Horie who serves as the voice actress for Riki.
Little Busters! ~ Refrain ~, similar to Clannad: After Story is named after the bonus chapter in the Little Busters! visual novel which is unlocked after completing all the heroine arcs and uncovers all the mysteries that have been growing over the course of the series. This anime adaptation will feature this conclusion as well as the arcs for Yui Kurugaya and Rin Natsume that were omitted from the first season (Having played through her arc in the visual novel I can see why they are saving hers and Rin’s until the end).
With the first season having ended this April, Refrain is set to start back up next month, once again animated by J.C. Staff.
