A new television commercial for next months airing of the Little Busters anime series has been released. Viewable above, this commercial doesn’t feature much we haven’t seen before, but highlights that Yui Horie is taking over the voice role of Riki Naoe, the male protagonist for the series.
The series is based on KEY’s 2007 visual novel release “Little Busters!”, which since spawned into several console ports by Prototype, several manga series and even a spin-off title Kud Wafter. The anime series, produced by the studio J.C. Staff (A change from Kyoto Animation who often produce KEY anime adaptations) is set to begin airing on the 6th October 2012. While nothing has been finalized yet, I would expect at least 24/26 episodes out of this series.
