Right Stuf Inc Establishes 5 Point Pictures and Forms Agreement with CJ Entertainment

Right Stuf Inc, well known for their online store and anime distribution wing Nozomi Entertainment have just recently announced that they have formed a new division entitled 5 Points Pictures, which has a focus on the distribution of  eclectic live-action programming. In conjunction with the production of this new label, Right Stuf and 5 Points Pictures have entered into an agreement with CJ Entertainment to handle the home video releases of several recent and popular Korean films starting in Summer 2012. The initial roster of CJ Entertainment titles includes:

  • Bleak Night (2011)
  • Finding Mr. Destiny (2010)
  • Moss (2010)
  • Penny Pinchers (2011)
  • Punch (2011)
  • The Suicide Forecast (2011)
  • Tazza: The High Rollers (2006)

Releases will feature upgraded English translations for each feature film, alongside translated video extras from the original South Korean home-video releases. Right Stuf President and CEO Shawne Kleckner had this to say on the announcement:
