I have made mention to Neko Nation events previously, mostly in regards to their 18+ Otaku-themed club events they intend on holding throughout the year. Whilst these events are never usually open to children, they have decided to hold an All-Ages event in the form of Nekomimi ~Catgirl Cafe~. Here is the blurb about it from their Facebook event page:

Nekomimi is a brand new event from the team behind Neko Nation, which features a catgirl cafe staffed by our lovely catgirls as maid-waitresses.2 floors of PS3, XBox 360 and Wii on 42″ TV’s.
Prize for the best cosplay.
A gaming tournament, with prizes to be won.Running from 6pm-midnight on September 17th at The Pimp Pad.
