Last month, Namco Bandai released Tekken Tag Tournament 2 for the Playstation 3 and XBox360. While there have been a number of Tekken games released over the years, this was the first installment in the Tag Tournament series released since 1999.
But as the Wii U is not yet released, it would not be practical (or possible for that matter) to release Tekken Tag Tournament 2 for it. Instead while we have to wait for this edition they are including a number of Nintendo inspired and exclusive goodies to it including costumes of Nintendo series characters including Princess Peach and Toad and the return of the legendary beach volley battle.
Namco Bandai recently released a brand new trailer for the game (Viewable above) as well as screenshots (Viewable below).
