Sony Computer Entertainment (Australia) have today unveiled details on the different special editions available for God of War: Ascension when it launches on the Playstation 3 come March 2013. There will be a total of two, one with evidently better contents than the other – these editions are referred to simply as Collector’s and Special Editions. The contents of each are below:
Collector’s Edition
- The ultimate God of War collectible, an 8″ Kratos figurine
- Premium steelbook game case
- Double XP bonus for multiplayer and a DLC pass to unlock all future DLC for the game at no additional cost (more to follow on these soon)
- Mythological Heroes Multiplayer Pack
- Official game soundtrack (digital version)
- PS3™ dynamic theme and an avatar pack
