Based on the 2008 release of Tales of Hearts on the Nintendo DS, Namco Bandai is set to bring Tales of Hearts R to the Playstation Vita in Japan next year. As with their other Tales series ports, this is set to come with a number of additional features including more voice acting, new events and a new playable character.
While there is no word on an English localized release, the company has released the official Japanese website for the game which is viewable HERE.
