The Tokyo Game Show has not only resulted in game announcements but also anime announcements, with an adaptation of Akame’s Puchimas! -Petit Idolm@ster- manga series being announced to be receiving an anime adaptation by Namco Bandai during an Idolm@ster event. The series follows the life of the series idols alongside chibi beings known as Puchidoru that resemble each respective idol.
Unfortunately limited information is currently available on this title but more is to be announced in the November issue of Dengeki Maoh and through their official website. This follows a rather successful anime series based on the games which aired during the second half of last year in Japan by studio A-1 Pictures.
