Back in a time when I didn’t even own a Playstation 3, one particular game which stood out to me from the pack was the E3 unveiling of LittleBigPlanet. While my ideas were perhaps a bit too ambitious for the games systems I can’t say it lived up to my first impressions however stood out as an innovative game with lots of potential – and over the years it has shown bucket loads of of ingenuity – part on the behalf of the developers and part on the behalf of the gamers.
The game is now headed to the Playstation Vita, with the Playstation Official Blog listing the games official release date as the 19th September 2012. In just a month and a bit you and your Sackboy companion will be headed to a brand new adventure in the travelling planet of Carnivalia – alongside having a new arsenal of Playstation Vita supported tools at your disposal.
In addition, pre-ordering this game from selected retailers may net you either a Bioshock DLC Pack (Big Daddy and Little Sister) or a Knights of Old DLC Pack (Knight, Damsel in Distress, Black Knight and Fearsome Dragon).
