At last weekends Manifest Anime Convention held in Melbourne, Australia… new Australian anime publishers Hanabee Entertainment announced three new anime acquisitions. One of these acquisitions was Arakawa Under the Bridge which was released by Nippon Ichi Software America in North America last year.
The question was (at least to me), was if they only acquired the first season and if it proved popular would license the second season, or if they just acquired both seasons (Arakawa Under the Bridge x Bridge). Out of curiosity, I got into contact with the team at Hanabee and can happily confirm they have the rights to release both seasons.
