Fate/stay Night is an 18+ eroge visual novel initially released on the PC in 2004 by Type Moon, and has had success with several video game, light novel, anime and manga adaptations since – a couple of which have been previewed and reviewed previously on The Otaku’s Study. Some time after its initial PC release, Kadokawa Shoten released a Playstation 2 port of the game with the Japanese voice cast from the anime series and omission of eroge scenes to suit a CERO C rating.
Kadokawa Games intend on porting over this Playstation 2 version of the game to the Playstation Vita, keeping the same name “Fate/stay Night Realta Nua“. This edition is slated to recieve a brand new opening animation by Ufotable amongst other slight additions and improvements.
The company has released a brand new trailer for the game promoting their upcoming release which can be viewed above.
