In the previous release of Rayman Origins, you were given the ability to control four classic Rayman-series characters through the creative environments they threw at you – main characters Rayman and Globox, alongside two very different Teensies. While these characters are set to return, Ubisoft have announced they will be bringing in a new character to the mix – Barbara the Barbarian.
While some may debate the inclusion of a brand new character given there are other characters from previous games in the series which would also be suitable for inclusion – hopefully this new character will contribute to the games overall aesthetic and themes… and you can watch the above trailer for her to decide for yourself.
Unlike Rayman Origins, Rayman Legends is being developed exclusively for the Nintendo Wii U.
