While today has certainly unveiled some disappointing news in regards to the upcoming release of Persona 4 Arena, ATLUS in Japan have released a brand new batch of screenshots for the Japanese release of the game with an emphasis on the three characters included from Persona 3 – Aigis, Mitsuru Kirijo and Akihiko Sanada in both Story Mode and in-game fights. Also previewed is the games Gallery Mode, Tutorial/Lesson mode and several other features which are included in the game.
This game is currently set for release in Japan on the 26th July, North America on the 7th August and sometime in 2012 for other PAL regions (Possibly late-August, maybe later). Do note that if you are buying the Playstation 3 release of this game that it is region locked (The first for the console) and a North American copy of the game will not work on either Japanese or PAL console or vice versa.
